Two (2) Year Contract for Office Supplies for DRPA and PATCO

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide office supplies for DRPA and PATCO under a two-year contract.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the lowest overall price submitted for the products specified and in accordance with the General Conditions, Special Provisions, specifications, and estimated quantities provided by DRPA.

Submission Requirements

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the SAP Ariba Network.

Faxed, emailed, and hard-copy proposals will not be accepted. The Ariba submission requirement is mandatory.

A Political Contribution Form and Certification must also be completed and submitted with the proposal.
