This addendum updates the bid opening date and provides responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to the project's fire alarm system, public address/intercom speakers, and data cabling requirements.

The existing fire alarm system is managed by Everon.

2. Public Address / Intercom System

The addendum provides additional specifications for the new public address/intercom speakers, including CAT6A cabling requirements.

The contractor is responsible for providing all speakers, equipment, cabling, and installation required for the speaker system.

Specified equipment includes Bogen or Quam products. SDP Tech Services will perform speaker programming and paging zoning.

3. Data Cabling

The addendum confirms the location of the existing data closet and that existing patch panels have available ports.

The School District also confirmed that the data outlet locations and quantities shown in the project documents are correct.

Important

Potential bidders should review Addendum No. 02 and the complete solicitation documents before submitting a response. The addendum becomes part of the Contract Documents for this project.
